Liaison between hospital and construction staff, including subcontractors
Manage project planning and design from engineering/permits to all necessary trades/inspections
Early preparation of bid packages to reduce problems during execution
Project engineering input and cost analysis
Construction:
Coordinate and manage all material procurement and subcontractor schedules
Monitor costs throughout the project
Maintain quality control standards and safety programs
Project execution and completion in a safe and timely manner
Provide full access to daily reports, interactive schedules and project photos
Proven expertise in medical construction management throughout the US
Post Construction:
End of job punch lists and communication
Completion of all outstanding issues
Ensure complete system and equipment training onsite
Client satisfaction feedback reports
